One-Way Rollers (Backstop Rollers) are specifically engineered for inclined conveyor systems to prevent the belt from rolling backward during stoppages or power failures. Equipped with a special internal locking mechanism, these rollers allow rotation only in the direction of belt travel. This critical safety feature protects your equipment from damage, prevents material spillage, and ensures operational security on steep gradients.
- Shaft diameters are 12-15-20-25-30-40-50mm.
- Production is made up to 3000 mm wide bands.
- 6000 series bearings are used.
